Tips

Choosing your profile

High Profile
High profile hats stand taller then the rest, the hats are similar to the “trucker” style hats in terms of height and style.
Mid Profile
Mid profile is the most common hat build, the hat is semi-structured so it is stiffer then the low profile.
Low Profile
Low profile hats stand the shortest, they are unstructured so they feel soft and can flatten. Low profile hats are similar to “fishing” hats and are great for the wilderness and outdoors.
Visor
Our visors are a sport visor model and are great for any visor application or out on the golf course.

Color Selection

Click on the color palates to choose the color of each piece of the hat. You can change the colors at any time, even after you have uploaded artwork.

Body
This is the main portion of the hat, the dome that covers your dome.
Bill
The bill is the fabric ledge that comes off of the front of the hat that shields your eyes from the sun, or the back of your neck if you are 14.
Underbill
The Underbill is the bottom side of the bill, this can be a different color then the top.
Eyelets
The Eyelets are the stitching around the air-holes on the body of the hat, these provide ventilation. You can choose a different color for the eyelets on your hat to make them stand out or to accent the main color of your hat.

Bill Treatments

Tipped
A tipped bill has just a lip of color at the front of the bill, this gives it a strong accent and a unique look.
Edged
The edge is a strip that follows the contour of the bill. Adding a colored edge makes your bill stand out more.
Sandwich
The sandwich is the thin layer of fabric that goes between the top and bottom of the bill. You can choose and accenting color to give your hat a subtle edge.

Fabrics

Brushed Cotton with Lycra
The brushed cotton with Lycra stretches to provide for a tighter fit. This fabric is required for the Command Fit hats, due to the closed back, but is also available on any hat for more give in the fabric.
Brushed Heavy Cotton
Softer and fuller then Brushed Cotton.
Brushed Cotton
Brushed cotton has a softer feel then the deluxe cotton, a slight suede feel to it.
Deluxe Cotton
Deluxe cotton is the most common fabric for our hats. It is not as soft as brushed cotton and feels more like khaki pants.
Washed Cotton
Washed cotton has a slightly faded color.

Closures

Velcro
Velcro is our most common closure, it can be adjusted easily and can also have embroidery on the closure.
Black and Brown Leather Strap
High quality leather straps, in either black or brown leather, with a brass clamp closure to adjust the size.
Snap Back
Snap Back closures adjust by snapping the plastic adjusters together aligning different holes to adjust the size.
Buckle T-Slide
Buckle T-Slide uses a fabric loop as the closure with a metal buckle that you slide back and forth to adjust the size.
Buckle Clamp
Buckle Clamp closures use a fabric strap through a brass buckle that clamps down to adjust the size.
Command Fit
Command Fit is our closed back hat that stretches to fit your head. These allow for embroidery anywhere on the back of the hat.

Artwork and Text Upload

Art Upload
To upload art for your hat click on the “Upload Art” button. Find the file that contains the artwork and select it through the pop-up file browser. The file will be uploaded and will show the image to the right of the “Upload Art” button. The selectors to the right will determine where on the hat the artwork will go. A piece of artwork can be placed in multiple locations on the hats.
Text Upload
To upload text first choose the “Text” radio button to the right of the “Upload Art” button. Next click on the “Edit Text” button. Type in the text you would like to add to your hat and customize it using the color picker and the font selectors. When you are finished choose “OK” and place the text on the hat using the radio button selectors to the right.

You may upload up to four pieces of art and/or text on the hat.

To clear art or text off of you hat, move the radio button selectors to the “None” row at the bottom.
